Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. I kindly request you to be punctual, in a spirit of mutual respect. Should any cancellation or reschedule be necessary, please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice. If your scheduled treatment is missed with no notice or cancellation, except in the case of an emergency, you will be billed for one half of your scheduled treatment fee.

To ensure efficient daily scheduling, I request that you arrive on time or a few minutes before your scheduled treatment. If you arrive late, I will still finish your treatment on time, while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged. You are given a 15-minute time period from the time of your scheduled treatment to arrive for a one-hour or longer treatment, and 10 minutes for a 30-minute treatment. If you arrive after the given time periods, your treatment may be rescheduled, to accommodate my next client in a timely manner. Please contact me if you will be late.

By Appointment / Gift Certificates Available. Gift certificates are only redeemable by the person, who's name is on the gift certificate.

No refunds on treatments & gift certificates. In spa credit will be issued for any product returned. Products opened are non-returnable.

To ensure that you have the most relaxing and satisfying experience, I kindly request that no children be allowed in the treatment room, during a treatment, unless given permission upon special request prior to the appointment
